Located in Seattle, WA, in the trendy and hip West Seattle district, this property was purchased from an owner of over 30 years in the Spring of 2013. Previously called “Edgewood Apartments”, MHE re-branded the property as “The Edge” and began a substantial renovation of the property. The entire exterior was renovated with new windows, siding, railings, doors, and paint. Additionally, each unit is being remodeled with new modern cabinetry, quartz counters, stainless appliances, and modern finishes. MHE added a gym to the property and built a new leasing center from a storage space (the previous owner used an apartment as an office). The Edge is just across the West Seattle bridge, close to the Junction and Alki Beach. As far as location, this deal could not get much better.
